The compensation range is $80,000 - $120,000 and the position is onsite in California.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of program management experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of wire harness/cable assembly manufacturing processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between customers and the company.
• Manage the full program lifecycle, from contract acceptance to delivery.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure on-time delivery.
