Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Program Management Manager to lead the Program Management team and act as the primary strategic liaison between customers and the organization. This is a full-time, onsite role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of program management experience in manufacturing/EMS.
Previous supervisory or management experience required.
Experience managing customer relationships, program execution, and account profitability.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and oversee all activities of the Program Management team.
Coach, mentor, and perform performance management for team members.
Oversee customer order management, program execution, NPI, contract reviews, and ERP/MRP-related activities.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to meet quality, cost, delivery, and service targets.
Manage P&L accountability for assigned customer accounts and negotiate costs.
