Job summary

William James College is seeking a full-time Program Manager for the Center for Crisis Response and Behavioral Health in Newton, MA. The role provides administrative and project support to the Center Director and Associate Director, handling meetings, events, communications, website updates, and budget tracking.

You will coordinate CE events, manage travel, reimbursements, and vendor relationships while ensuring confidentiality and professional collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in program or project management, coordination, or related administrative role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, communications, higher education administration, or a related field
• Experience in higher education, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with budget tracking, expense management, and grant administration
• Experience coordinating meetings, trainings, webinars, conferences, or events
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact) and virtual event tools (Zoom, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support for the Center for Crisis Response and Behavioral Health team
• Manage meetings and events, coordinating calendars
• Coordinate with Marketing & Communications on emails and listservs
• Update website and promotional materials with design staff
• Coordinate with Facilities, IT, and office manager for trainings
• Submit reimbursement requests and manage Center budget processes
• Plan and coordinate CE events and webinars
• Manage travel for CRBH team and instructors
• Plan and coordinate training and special events as needed
