Job summary

Qualifications

• Three or more years of program or project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, communications, or related field.
• Experience in higher education, nonprofit, behavioral health, or mission-driven organizations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication across departments.
• Experience with budget tracking, expense management, and grant administration.
• Experience coordinating meetings, trainings, webinars, or events.
• Experience using email marketing platforms (Constant Contact) and virtual event tools (Zoom, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the CRBH team and manage calendars.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, trainings, and events.
• Manage Center communications and email campaigns via Constant Contact.
• Oversee website updates, training calendars, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with facilities, IT, and offices for on-site trainings.
• Handle travel arrangements and reimbursement requests.
• Support DMH grant reporting and budgeting processes.
• Liaise with departments to ensure smooth operations.
