Qualifications

• Three+ years of program or project management experience.

• Strong organizational, time-management, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across departments.
• Experience with budget tracking, expenses, and grant administration.
• Experience coordinating meetings, trainings, webinars, or conferences.
• Familiarity with digital communications, marketing, and email platforms like Constant Contact.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the CRBH team and Center Director/Associate Director.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and calendars for CRBH staff.
• Manage Center communications, listservs, and marketing emails.
• Maintain Center webpages, training calendars, and promotional materials.
• Oversee fiscal activities and budget documentation for DMH grants (excluding salaries).
• Plan and support trainings, conferences, and webinars; manage travel and honorarium logistics.
• Coordinate with travel, facilities, IT, and vendors for trainings onsite at William James College.
