Job summary

Tierra del Sol Foundation seeks a Program Manager in Sunland, CA to lead Direct Support Professionals and coordinate services for adults with developmental disabilities. The role emphasizes person-centered planning, life planning, and community inclusion.

Under supervision, you will oversee program operations, monitor progress toward goals, document outcomes, manage transportation, safety, and partnerships with families and community partners to ensure meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience providing training, instruction, and case management to adults with developmental disabilities is required.
• Experience implementing positive behavior support techniques is required.
• Experience in staff management, supervision, or leadership is essential.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, families, community partners, and other service providers.
• Commitment to person-centered planning, community inclusion, and meaningful outcomes for associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Life Planning, Discovery, and Associate Support through life schedule development and transitions.
• Coordinate referrals, assessments, and progress toward individual goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation, attendance, and program records; manage outcome data.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality assurance through partner relations and safety drills.
• Provide staff training, supervision, and performance feedback; model best practices.
