Job summary

Alzheimer's Association in Plattsburgh, NY seeks a Program Manager to lead delivery of the Portfolio of Community Program Offerings across Essex, Franklin and Clinton counties. You will recruit and coach volunteers, build partnerships, and drive data-informed community impact plans to reach underrepresented communities.

The role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to travel up to 50% within the territory while supporting volunteers and program delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3–5 years recruiting and mobilizing volunteers.

Responsibilities

Recruit, coach, and manage volunteers to build grassroots movements that meet organizational goals.
Activate and support volunteers using Association methods and ensure delivery.
Cultivate partnerships with underrepresented groups and manage partner agreements.
Develop and execute data-informed community impact plans and secure partner agreements.
Collaborate with revenue, advocacy, leadership to expand awareness and reach.
Evaluate volunteer performance and manage budgets, grants, and timelines.
Inspire support for the Association’s mission across communities, including underrepresented ones.
