The Alzheimer’s Association seeks a Program Manager to lead volunteers and community partnerships, expanding awareness, education and support across Philadelphia and surrounding counties. The role emphasizes coaching volunteers, activating partnerships, and driving data-informed community impact.

Based in Philadelphia, the position is grant-funded and requires travel within Bucks, Montgomery and Chester counties. Strong communication, leadership and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in recruiting and mobilizing volunteers.
• Confident, goal-oriented and able to work with limited supervision.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

• Recruit, coach, and manage volunteers to build grassroots movements.
• Activate and support volunteers using proven Association methods.
• Cultivate and manage community partnerships with underrepresented groups.
• Develop and execute data-informed community impact plans.
• Collaborate across departments to identify awareness opportunities.
• Evaluate and improve volunteer performance and manage budgets.
