Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association seeks a Program Manager to lead volunteer mobilization and community program delivery in Ohio. You will recruit, coach and manage volunteers, activate partnerships, and drive data-informed impact across diverse communities with a focus on underrepresented areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of proven volunteer recruitment and mobilization experience.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaborate with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and manage volunteers to build grassroots movements that meet organizational goals.
• Activate and support volunteers using peer coaching, Mission Conversations, and quality improvement strategies.
• Cultivate and manage community partnerships, including with underrepresented groups.
• Develop and execute data-informed community impact plans and secure Community Partner Agreements.
• Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration with revenue, advocacy, leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate and improve volunteer performance as needed, and manage budgets, grants, and timelines.
• Inspire urgency and support for the Alzheimer’s Association’s full mission across all communities, including underrepresented ones.
