The Alzheimer’s Association in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Program Manager to lead the implementation of our community program offerings and expand our grassroots volunteer network across Southeast Appalachian Ohio.

You will recruit and coach volunteers, cultivate partnerships with underrepresented communities, and manage budgets and timelines to deliver awareness, education, and support year over year. Travel within the region is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in recruiting and mobilizing volunteers.
• Confident, goal-oriented, positive self-starter, able to work independently and with partners.

• Recruit, coach, and manage volunteers to build grassroots movements.
• Activate and support volunteers using Association methods.
• Cultivate and manage community partnerships with underrepresented groups.
• Develop and execute data-informed community impact plans and secure Partner Agreements.
• Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration to expand awareness and impact.
• Evaluate and improve volunteer performance and manage budgets and timelines.
