Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in recruiting and mobilizing volunteers to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and manage volunteers to build grassroots movements.
• Activate and support volunteers using Association methods with measurable growth.
• Cultivate and manage community partnerships with underrepresented groups.
• Develop and execute data-informed community impact plans.
• Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration with revenue, advocacy and leadership.
• Evaluate and improve volunteer performance and manage budgets and timelines.
• Inspire urgency and support for the Association's full mission.
