Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of combined experience and/or education as described below.
• Experience in community, trade, or economic development with a focus in two or more of the following areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct appropriations, Building Communities Fund program, and capital contracts.
• Manage contract lifecycle from solicitation to closeout and ensure compliance with state requirements.
• Provide continuous technical assistance to stakeholders and grantees to meet programmatic and statutory requirements.
• Monitor contract deliverables, budgets, reimbursements, and project spenddown timelines.
• Collaborate with Real Estate and Development Services to ensure site security and public benefits from construction.
• Prepare program data, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and public records request responses.
