Job summary

Seattle Colleges is seeking a Facilities Program Specialist to lead critical business operations within the Facilities Department. You will manage budgets, procurement, contracts, capital project support, asset management, reporting and compliance to support the college's physical environment.

Based in Seattle, this 18-month, full-time non-permanent role offers on-site work with standard hours, and opportunities to transition to permanent status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two or more years of experience in budgeting and analysis, or four or more years in related admin work.
• Experience budgeting, analyzing financial information, and preparing reports.
• Experience interpreting policies and providing technical guidance.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong MS Excel and Word skills; familiarity with enterprise systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, procurement, contracting, and capital project support for Facilities.
• Provide expert guidance and training to Facilities staff and campus partners.
• Develop procedures and workflows to improve accountability and efficiency.
• Analyze operational data to drive continuous improvements in facilities services.
• Manage financial performance, budgets, and vendor payments.
