Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Director of Growth Program Management to drive cross-functional alignment for major growth initiatives across our client's portfolio. You will oversee planning and delivery of high-impact programs spanning multiple teams and business units.

You will partner with Growth Strategy, Content Distribution, Product, Engineering, Marketing and more to accelerate subscriber and revenue growth, align stakeholders on KPIs, and manage end-to-end execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing complex initiatives in media/tech/product orgs.
• Ability to lead without authority and coordinate with external partners.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams.
• Strong communication to distill complexity for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Growth Strategy, Content Distribution, Programming, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Decision Sciences, Partnerships, MarTech, Customer Care, Legal, Finance and more to drive consumer-facing programs that accelerate subscriber and revenue growth.
• Align stakeholders on shared objectives and ensure progress against defined KPIs.
• Drive end-to-end program execution: facilitate cross-team meetings, design project plans, track milestones, surface risks, and resolve obstacles.
