Job summary

Career Team is seeking a full-time Choices / SNAP / NCP Program Manager to oversee CHOICES (TANF), SNAP Employment & Training, and NCP programs across multiple sites. You will coach Career Advisors, approve enrollments, and manage daily operations, reporting, and staff development under the Deputy Director’s supervision.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of management experience, knowledge of CHOICES/SNAP/NCP programs, and strong communication and data-analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Services, or related field, plus 2–4 years of proven management experience.
• Knowledge of CHOICES (TANF), SNAP E&T, and NCP operations, policies, and performance requirements.
• Strong business knowledge of customer service and performance management, with training/coaching experience.
• Project management, organization, personnel, problem-solving, and data analysis skills; ability to work with all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and coaching to the CHOICES/SNAP/NCP Career Advisors.
• Approve enrollment applications and support services; oversee referral pathways.
• Lead program staff to meet performance goals; ensure accurate case records and compliance.
• Plan and implement a quality management model for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Work In Texas reports to analyze performance and guide actions.
• Develop and implement casework service plans for complex cases.
