Qualifications

• Strong communication and documentation skills for intake and eligibility.
• Analytical thinker able to assess client needs and barriers.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel for reporting and case notes.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and be culturally sensitive.
• Proactive in meeting goals and maintaining client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and case management services to community members.
• Complete intake and eligibility determination for the program.
• Assess jobseekers' employment, abilities, and training needs.
• Serve as liaison between programs and community partners.
• Enter data into Work In Texas and process participant information.
• Counsel clients on job opportunities, training, and services.
• Refer individuals to appropriate services and follow up.
• Conduct orientation sessions, workshops, and group presentations.
• Maintain accurate case files and meet compliance requirements.
