Job summary

Career Team, a leading workforce development organization, seeks a CHOICES/SNAP/NCP Program Manager to oversee CHOICES, SNAP Employment and Training, and NCP programs across Deep East Texas. You will coach Career Advisors, manage enrollment and referrals, track performance, and guide staff in case management to meet goals.

The role is full-time and onsite, reporting to the Deputy Director. A bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of management experience are required, with strong communication and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Services, or related field, plus 2–4 years of proven management experience.
• Strong knowledge of CHOICES (TANF), SNAP E&T, and NCP program operations and performance requirements.
• Experience in training and coaching staff, plus data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and coaching to CHOICES/SNAP/NCP Career Advisors.
• Approve enrollment applications and support services; oversee referral pathways.
• Manage program staff to meet performance goals; ensure accurate case records with no disallowed costs.
• Develop and implement quality management models for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Use Work In Texas reports to analyze performance and support activities.
• Lead staff through program year performance measures and corrective actions as needed.
• Visit access points to ensure connectivity and strong partnerships.
• Prepare monthly report-outs and present activity summaries to leadership.
