Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years coordinating programs, projects, or professional development.
• Experience with LMS, reporting tools, and other learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day administration of NADSP Certification Program.
• Coordinate certification activities from recruitment through completion.
• Maintain program calendars, records, and reports with accuracy.
• Provide coaching, support, and communication to participants.
• Analyze program data to identify barriers and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and operations to strengthen workforce development.
