Job summary

Prosperity Training Center seeks a Program Coordinator/Director to oversee the NATP Nurse Assistant Training Program and instructors. You will ensure regulatory compliance, plan resources, and coordinate with regulators and partners to sustain high-quality education.

The role requires RN licensure in Colorado and demonstrated experience in long-term care settings, with strong organizational and leadership skills for multi-site oversight.

Qualifications

• Must show 24 months of nursing experience caring for the elderly or chronically ill.
• At least 12 months of nursing in a nursing home or long-term care setting.
• RN license valid in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NATP Nurse Assistant Training Program and instructors.
• Coordinate and manage all program components for success and cohesiveness.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist with recruitment and hiring of qualified personnel for programs.
• Coordinate with local and statewide organizations for resources.
• Attend meetings, plan curricula, and assess health education programs.
