Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a Program Manager in Lansdale, PA to lead CAES systems programs from inception through completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, and resources, and drive execution to meet customer requirements, reporting to senior leadership on status, risks, and opportunities.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, strategic planning, and strong customer communications to ensure program success and alignment with business

Qualifications

• 6+ years of aerospace program management experience.
• Strong knowledge of program lifecycle management and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with PM tools and methodologies, including Earned Value Management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CAES systems programs from inception through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to promote program success across engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain.
• Report program status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
• Initiate and lead continuous improvement to optimize program efficiency.
• Develop actionable plans and implement risk mitigation to achieve business objectives.
• Contribute to portfolio and site-level strategy, including roadmaps and market evaluation.
• Establish customer communication plans to ensure timely updates and strong relationships.
• Participate in planning for capital investments, IRAD, and B&P resources.
• Provide input in long-range strategic planning reviews.
