Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Lansdale, PA seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead and manage complex aerospace and defense programs aligned with business objectives and customer requirements. You will define scope, objectives and deliverables while coordinating cross-functional teams to drive on-schedule, on-budget results.

The role reports to the Program Senior Director and is based on-site with a 9/80 work schedule.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in aerospace program management.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Experience defining program scope, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation.
• In-depth knowledge of aerospace industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage aerospace and defense programs to ensure successful execution and delivery aligned with customer and business goals.
• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement detailed program plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor program progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues impacting program delivery.
• Coordinate communication with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program management processes.
• Develop proposals for new or repeat business opportunities and present to Senior Leadership.
