Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex aerospace programs from scope through delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time, cost-effective results.

The role reports to the Senior Program Director and is based from Deer Valley, AZ with a hybrid schedule combining in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in aerospace program management and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong ability to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Proficiency with program management tools and industry-specific methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of aerospace standards, regulations, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage aerospace programs to ensure successful execution and delivery aligned with customer and business goals.
• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement detailed program plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues impacting delivery.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and provide updates.
