• 6+ years of program management or engineering experience in aerospace or related fields.
• Experience delivering complex aerospace projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and PM skills specific to aerospace programs.
• Familiarity with aerospace standards, regulatory requirements and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead aerospace/defense programs from initiation to delivery.
• Define scope, objectives and deliverables with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and implement plans with timelines, budgets and resources.
• Monitor progress and ensure on‑time, within‑budget delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting scope and schedule.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide progress updates.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM processes and practices.
