Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Program Manager for CAES Systems in Lansdale, PA. You will lead complex aerospace programs, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to deliver on time and within budget.

You will report to senior leadership and impact customer satisfaction through strategic program execution, portfolio planning, and continuous improvement across CAES initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of program management experience in aerospace or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace systems, program lifecycle and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Earned Value Management, and risk management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CAES systems programs from inception to completion within scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance and supply chain.
• Report status, risks and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop plans and implement risk mitigation to meet orders, revenue and cash flow objectives.
• Contribute to portfolio and site-level strategy, including roadmaps and market evaluation.
• Establish customer communications plans to manage updates and satisfaction.
• Participate in planning for capital investments, IRAD and B&P resources.
• Provide input for long-range strategic planning reviews.
