Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Lansdale, PA is seeking a Program Manager to lead and manage engineering programs in the aerospace sector. You will define scope, objectives, and deliverables with cross-functional teams to align with business goals and customer requirements.

This on-site role follows a 9/80 work schedule and reports to the Program Director. You will develop project plans, budgets, and resource allocations, drive risk management, and foster continuous improvement across programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Program management or Engineering roles within aerospace or related fields.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex aerospace engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and project management skills specific to aerospace programs.
• Experience with aerospace industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies relevant to aerospace engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage aerospace/defense programs to ensure successful execution and delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices.
