Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Lansdale, PA is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex aerospace and defense programs, aligning with customer requirements and business objectives. You will define scope, objectives and deliverables and work with cross-functional teams to drive successful program execution on-site under a 9/80 schedule.

You will develop plans, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, mitigate risks, and report to the Program Senior Director.

• Proven ability to manage scope, budgets and timelines
• Knowledge of aerospace standards and regulations
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage aerospace and defense programs ensuring alignment with customer and business goals
• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables with cross-functional teams
• Develop and implement detailed program plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor program progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues impacting program delivery
• Coordinate communication with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program management processes
• Develop proposals for new or repeat business opportunities and present to Senior Leadership
