Valley HealthCare System in Morgantown, WV seeks a Program Manager of Community Support to supervise program employees and oversee development and execution of client treatment plans across day treatment, CCSS, and residential supports.

You will lead staff training, monitor outcomes, ensure compliance with Medicaid and licensing standards, and coordinate with clinical leadership to maintain high quality services.

Formación

• BA/BS in a Human Services field is required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicaid regulations is required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required.
• Ability to advocate on behalf of clients is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in treatment plan, staffing, and clinical meetings.
• Evaluate individuals and/or current plans of intervention or instruction.
• Train staff on implementation of plans and data collection.
• Monitor effectiveness of intervention plans via home visits or day treatment activities.
• Ensure services are coordinated with other program services and are within budget standards.
• Complete and submit documentation to Valley HealthCare System and regulatory agencies accurately and timely.
• Supervise program employees including training, evaluation, scheduling, and assignment of duties.
• Ensure safety and well-being of consumers on and off site.
