Job summary

The Peer Company in Portland, OR is seeking a BHRN Program Manager to lead Multnomah & Washington County initiatives. You will supervise Peer Support Specialists, develop program materials, and ensure services meet grant and contract requirements.

This exempt, 1.0 FTE role reports to the Evolve Program Director, collaborates across teams, and supports onboarding and training, with a 40-hour work week, home office in Portland.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred in a relevant field.
• Experience in peer support programs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise peer support specialists to meet program goals and contracts.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training for PSS staff.
• Develop program materials and resources with the Program Director.
• Attend meetings with internal and partner stakeholders as assigned.
