Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have lived experience in recovery with SUD and/or mental health challenges with at least 24 months of continuous recovery.
• Associate’s degree with 1–2 years of relevant work experience or high school diploma with 3–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Understanding of trauma-informed care, recovery, consumer-involvement, and trauma-informed principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor donation logs and ensure accurate recording and auditing of donations.
• Oversee supply and inventory management for BHRC and restock as needed.
• Maintain mail logs and ensure timely distribution and documentation.
• Support data entry and reporting for grants and program compliance.
• Coordinate staff scheduling for onsite workshops and program operations.
• Assist with onboarding new staff and training records.
