Job summary

Qualifications

  • Lived experience in recovery from SUD and/or mental health challenges is required.
  • Associate’s degree with 1-2 years of relevant work experience or high school diploma with 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Understanding of trauma-informed care, recovery, and consumer-involvement principles.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain donation logs with accurate reporting and auditing.
  • Oversee BHRC supply and inventory management.
  • Maintain mail log and documentation of logged mail.
  • Support data entry, tracking, and reporting for grants and program compliance.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling for onsite workshops and programs.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff and training records.
  • Prepare agendas, take notes, and coordinate internal information flow.
  • Create, edit, and distribute BHRC flyers and communications.
  • Respond to general BHRC inquiries and direct as needed.
  • Collaborate with admin teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain calendars and resource databases for community partnerships.
  • Maintain building maintenance records and conduct internal audits.
  • Travel by car to attend meetings and support functions.
  • Perform other admin and program support duties as assigned.
