Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee day-to-day clinical and business operations across assigned sites in Arizona.

You will supervise teams delivering housing support services and income-stability resources, ensuring quality care and effective program execution. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in behavioral health, a high school diploma or GED (associates or higher preferred), and a track record with special populations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or higher preferred.
• 1–3 years in behavioral health field required.
• Experience with specialty populations (SUD, SMI, children, adolescents) preferred.
• Minimum six months recovery from substance use/mental health disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and business operations of assigned site/program(s).
• Supervise staff working with members to obtain and maintain housing in the community and increase income stability.
• Ensure staff provide quality support services and housing resources; guide staff on program processes.
• Track client paperwork and referrals; submit required reports/deliverables to leadership.

Job Summary

The Community Bridges, Inc., (CBI) Program Manager oversees the day-to-day clinical and business operations of their assigned site/program(s). The Program manager’s primary role is to oversee staff who are working with members to obtain and maintain housing in the community as well as increase income stability. The Program Manager will ensure that staff are providing quality support services and housing resources to all clients and guide staff in understanding program processes and services available for their target population/demographic. The Program Manager is responsible for building a cohesive team that works collaboratively with internal teams as well as community stakeholders to provide quality care. The Program Manager will be responsible for tracking necessary client paperwork and referrals through reporting and will submit reports and deliverables to leadership as required.

Skills/Requirements

• Highschool diploma or GED required. Associates Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a behavioral health field required.
• Experience working with specialty populations (i.e., SUD, SMI, children, adolescents) preferred.
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
