Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Program Supervisor to lead day-to-day program operations, train and schedule staff, and ensure policy adherence. The role includes direct service as needed and coordinating with partners and funders.

The supervisor will manage HMIS data quality and reporting, support quality assurance through shadowing, and uphold the agency's commitment to compassionate care and recovery support for clients.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
• Minimum of one year of behavioral health direct-service work in shelter, transitional or permanent supportive housing settings.
• Certification: Recovery Coach or Certified Peer Support Worker required within 90 days of hire.
• Current NM Driver's License in good standing; clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program operations; provide guidance to staff; manage scheduling, training, and quality assurance.
• Provide direct service as needed and participate in staff shadowing for QA purposes.
• Ensure HMIS data quality, including daily staffing emails, service transactions, and case notes per policy.
