Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Program Assistant to join our team of interdisciplinary professionals. The role supports the Health Home site operations by coordinating intake, maintaining records, and managing schedules and administrative tasks across multiple sites.

You will work with clinical and administrative staff to organize workflows, monitor documentation, and ensure smooth operations while providing essential office support and coordination for program activities.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree or higher in behavioral health preferred.
• 1+ years of clerical and/or administrative experience preferred.
• Valid identification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake with Clinical Assessor and oversee staff schedules at Health Home sites.
• Manage reports, medical records, meeting records and general administrative activities.
