Job summary

ICON Build in Miami, FL is seeking a Program Manager with roots in architecture and construction to turn complex project information into compelling documents and presentations. The role blends architectural insight with fluency in construction tech and digital tools, ensuring clean processes scale as the design is built.

You will partner with senior leadership, embed with project teams, and drive adoption of standardized workflows across preconstruction, field, and closeout phases.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of architecture, design-build delivery, or AEC experience across multiple project phases.
• Fluency in construction technology and digital tools used in AEC project delivery.
• Demonstrated visual communication ability with portfolio or samples.
• Proficiency with presentation and document tools (Google Suite, design software).
• Experience creating and improving processes and scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Support assessment of ICON Build delivery workflows and identify gaps affecting outcomes.
• Implement standardized processes, SOPs, and decision frameworks with leadership.
• Maintain and update the ICON Build playbook with templates and guides.
• Embed with project teams to support adoption and surface friction in real time.
• Track adoption of tools like BuildOS and report gaps to senior leadership.
• Support print operations and align schedules across design and field handoffs.
