Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in architectural project management.
• Licensure as a Registered Architect (AIA membership a plus) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes in Florida.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and project management software such as Deltek or Procore.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full project lifecycle for architectural projects, from schematic design through construction administration.
• Serve as primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring project goals align with client vision and expectations.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal design teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee preparation and review of construction documents, permits, and regulatory submissions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to keep projects on track.
• Mentor junior project staff and contribute to a culture of excellence and professional growth.
