Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in architecture, design‑build delivery, or AEC across multiple phases.
- Fluency in construction technology and digital tools with experience evaluating and building workflows.
- Demonstrated visual communication ability with a portfolio or samples.
- Proficiency with presentation and document tools (Google Suite plus design tools).
- Experience building or improving processes and systems to scale teams.
Responsibilities
- Support assessment of ICON Build delivery workflows across functional areas.
- Implement standardized processes, SOPs, and decision frameworks with leadership.
- Maintain ICON Build playbook with templates, checklists, and guides.
- Embed with project teams to support workflow adoption and document field performance.
- Track adoption of BuildOS and collect feedback for leadership.
- Support print operations coordination and ensure schedule alignment across handoffs.
