Job summary

ICON Build in Miami, FL is seeking a Program Manager with roots in architecture and construction to translate complex project information into compelling documents and presentations. You will work to embed with delivery teams, implement standardized processes, and maintain the playbook to ensure scalable, repeatable workflows.

A portfolio demonstrating visual communication is highly valued. Experience with design coordination and construction technology is preferred.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in architecture, design-build delivery, or AEC.
Fluency with construction technology and digital tools.
Strong portfolio of document and presentation output.
Proficiency with Google Suite and design-adjacent tools.

Responsibilities

Assess ICON Build delivery workflows to identify gaps, documentation issues, and coordination breakdowns.
Implement and maintain standardized processes, SOPs, and decision frameworks used by project teams.
Maintain the ICON Build playbook with templates, checklists, and version-controlled content.
Embed with project teams across phases to surface friction and document process performance.
Track BuildOS adoption, capture feedback from PMs and field staff, report to leadership.
Coordinate print operations and internal comms to align schedules and handoffs.
