ICON Build in Miami, FL is seeking a Program Manager with roots in architecture and construction to translate complex project information into compelling documents and presentations. You will work to embed with delivery teams, implement standardized processes, and maintain the playbook to ensure scalable, repeatable workflows.
A portfolio demonstrating visual communication is highly valued. Experience with design coordination and construction technology is preferred.

We’re especially interested in candidates who combine architectural training with fluency in construction technology and digital tools — people who understand that clean processes and scalable systems are what let great design actually get built. This role will report to the Senior Program Manager, ICON Build at our Miami, FL office.
