Douglas County School District seeks a Program Manager for the BASE program at Clear Sky Elementary. You will lead daily BASE operations, recruit and train staff, and manage the site budget to ensure safe, engaging programs for children.

Responsibilities include program development, compliance with rules, and building positive family partnerships to support outcomes. This full-time role includes extensive training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral degree in a child-related field.
• Associate's degree + 3 months of supervised care for 4+ children.
• 21 months of care for 4+ children with additional coursework/training.
• Current ECPC Level II+ credential per ECPC 3.0

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations of BASE programs at the school site.
• Recruit, hire, develop, train, supervise BASE staff.
• Manage site budget and finances, ensure compliance.
• Develop programming promoting child well‑being and development.
• Foster positive family connections with stakeholders.

Formation

Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral in Child Development or Education or related field

Associate's degree + 3 months child-care exp

21 months child-care exp + coursework/training

Early childhood credential Level II+ (ECPC 3.0)
