Qualifications

• Experience juggling competing priorities while delivering quality service to stakeholders.
• 12 college credits minimum of 100+ level courses.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field.
• Strong oral, written, and visual communication with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Safety and Joy: model qualities ensuring safety and joy; keep site documents and licensing up to date; outline attendance, behavior policies, and procedures.
• Safety Assurance: support safety protocols and mitigate risks.
• Effective Communication: engage families, clients, peers, and children; respond promptly to inquiries.
• Documentation and Compliance: maintain student check-ins/outs and attendance per policy.
• Daily Routine: implement activities, curriculum, and a safe engaging environment.
