Right At School in the United States seeks a Program Manager for before- and after-school programs. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and quality, and manage daily activities within a split shift schedule (morning 6:30–8:35; afternoon 3:10–6:00).

Pay rate is $20.00–$24.00 per hour, with a bonus up to $5,000 paid across 90 days. Ideal candidates balance competing priorities, communicate clearly with families and staff, and meet state requirements for early childhood program roles.

Qualifications

• Experience managing competing priorities and delivering quality service to stakeholders.
• Strong oral, written, and visual communication with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards when interacting with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology or willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Support safety and joy by modeling qualities and maintaining safety standards and licensing.
• Engage with families, client partners, peers, and children to ensure clear communication and relationship building.
• Support safety protocols and report on safety incidents.
• Maintain accurate attendance and check-in/check-out records per policy.
• Implement daily activities and curriculum to provide a safe, engaging environment.
