Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager in Bonney Lake, WA to lead before- and after-school programs. The role focuses on safety, daily enrichment, and high-quality service for children, families, and schools.

You will coach staff, ensure compliance, and maintain attendance/documentation while partnering with the Area Manager. The position offers a structured schedule with mornings and afternoons in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle competing priorities and deliver quality service to stakeholders.
• 12 credits minimum of 100+ level college courses.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of unique needs.
• Communication skills: oral, written, and visual with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: model safety and joy standards and coach staff.
• Safety Assurance: support and report on safety protocols.
• Effective Communication: engage with families, partners, peers, and children; respond to inquiries during program hours.
• Documentation and Compliance: maintain attendance records and policy procedures.
• Daily Routine: implement daily activities, fitness, and curriculum.
