Right At School in Tahoma School District near Kent is seeking a Program Manager to lead safety, coaching, and daily operations for before/after school programs. You will ensure licensing standards are met and support staff to deliver engaging activities for children.

The role requires coursework or experience with children, strong communication, and familiarity with Google tools. Pay is $24–$26 per hour, based on education and experience, with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience balancing competing priorities while delivering quality service.
• 12 credits minimum of 100+ level college courses.
• Experience with children and knowledge of special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field.
• Strong oral, written, and visual communication with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
