Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and project management.
• Proficiency with C++, Java, or Python and embedded systems software development.
• Experience with aerospace software standards such as DO-178C and safety-critical practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software engineering teams to deliver aerospace software on time and within budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement software development plans, timelines, and risk mitigation.
