Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Program Controls Specialist IV in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead control and oversight of complex program elements, partnering with Program Managers to build executable plans and manage baselines.

This role blends cost, schedule, and performance tracking for government and commercial aerospace contracts. You will report to the Program Controls Manager at our Deer Valley location on a Hybrid schedule, driving decision-ready insights and ensuring timely, cost-effective

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project/business management.
• PMP certification to be attained within 6 months of start date.
• Experience with cost/schedule integration and financial performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex aerospace programs.
• Establish and maintain cost and schedule baselines across program lifecycle phases.
• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and variance reporting.
• Track budgets, forecasts, and Estimates at Completion (EAC).
• Prepare internal and customer-facing program performance reports.
• Support risks and opportunities identification through cost/schedule analysis.
• Support baseline change control and program governance processes.
• Drive process improvements and tool enhancements across program controls.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
• Mentor and develop junior Project/Program Specialists.
