Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• A minimum of 6-8 years in program design and management, communication, and academia.
• Experience overseeing several initiatives in a fast-moving, Agile environment.
• Strong collaboration across functions and with leaders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canvas, Canva, SharePoint, and online platforms (Webex/Zoom).
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and take initiative.
• Creative problem-solving, innovation, marketing and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of programs across the Centers & Institutes portfolio, defining objectives, running shows, coordinating speakers, and delivering high-quality in-person and virtual sessions.
• Translate initiatives into clear requirements, drive backlog health, and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Manage core platforms and data integrity (Cvent, Salesforce, Canva, Qualtrics; Webex/Zoom) for registrations, post coding, CRM updates, and dashboard readiness.
• Build stakeholder relationships with campus partners, alumni, donors, and external organizations to maximize impact.
• Standardize execution with scalable checklists, templates, and file architecture for consistent delivery and onboarding.
• Recruit, onboard, and coordinate volunteers and student workers for exceptional event experiences.
• May execute marketing responsibilities such as newsletter strategy, social media, and content creation.
• Assume additional responsibilities as required.
