Job summary

Stand Together in Arlington, VA seeks a Program Manager to oversee one of Scaled Education’s programs, from design through maintenance. You will lead production cycles, optimize resources, and build strong knowledge systems with metrics to guide decisions.

You will collaborate with curriculum teams to shape learning objectives and ensure stakeholder feedback informs improvements, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver materials and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with program management and coordination for large-scale programs.
• Proven experience in program or project management with a track record of operational excellence.
• Strong economic thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders.
• Ability to coach and develop talent using problem-solving frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process for a program, including design, development, implementation, and maintenance.
• Lead operational excellence of the program production cycle and optimize labors/resources.
• Develop and maintain knowledge systems with metrics and analysis to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams to develop learning objectives and curricula.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver materials and events.
• Lead a program team aligned with the organization's vision and PBM principles.
