Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
• Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of experience (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years).

Responsibilities

• Build strong technical and program understanding to develop insights and influence.
• Drives large cross-functional engineering teams across program lifecycles from conception to commercialization.
• Understand requirements priority and drive scoping, planning, and interdependencies across multiple tech teams.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to establish clear Plan of Record commitments.
• Establish rigorous execution discipline and communication processes including risk management and executive reporting.
• Develop program indicators to manage health, quality, and timelines.
• Track and manage key metrics; escalate issues and propose corrective actions.
• Develop processes to streamline development cycles and integrate plans and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align development schedules and processes.
• Develop and maintain resource plans and mitigation strategies.
• Communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences; work independently.
