Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
• Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Build strong technical and program understanding to develop key insights and influence.
• Drives large cross-functional engineering teams across program life cycles from product conception to commercialization.
• Understand requirements priority and drive scoping, planning, staffing constraints, and schedule optimization across multiple tech teams.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to establish clear Plan of Record commitments and enable prioritization.
• Establish rigorous execution discipline and communication processes, including risk management, mitigation, tracking, and executive reporting.
• Develop program indicators to manage program health, including quality and timelines.
• Tracks and manages all key metrics and escalates issues with corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain resource plans and mitigation plans to achieve business objectives.
