Job summary

Nordstrom in Seattle is seeking an Enterprise Planning and Delivery Program Manager II to own end-to-end projects and programs, delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will perform data analysis, develop insights, and create executive-level presentations to influence senior leaders.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus) and 4+ years in PM/ops, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Hybrid work with in-office 4 days/week in downtown Seattle.

• 4+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, modeling, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentations).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and drive insights.
• Possesses financial literacy and can work with financial data to provide insights in support of strategic and operational decisions
• Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Strong interest in retail and understanding of industry dynamics.
• Finance experience a plus

Join our Enterprise Planning and Delivery team, focused on delivering enterprise-wide capabilities, plans, and data & insights that advance Nordstrom’s top strategic priorities. You’ll be part of a high-impact team with deep experience in management consulting, finance, merchandising, product management, and operations. This team provides a 360-degree view across the enterprise, exposure to senior leaders, and the opportunity to deliver meaningful impact. This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Program & Planning.

• This role is Hybrid and does require you to be in office 4 days per week in downtown Seattle, WA.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$93,500.00 - $155,000.00 Annual
